Is my inspector knowledgeable and experienced enough to find all existing defects?
With JLC Inspections the answer is YES. Jack is the owner and primary inspector for JLC Inspections and C.M.I. During the past 30 years, he has gained a very broad knowledge of the construction industry. He is a graduate of the American Home Inspectors Training Institute (AHIT). AHIT is one of two schools licensed by the state of California as an accredited home inspection training institution. Jack also holds an active General Contractors license.

Jack is also one of the few building inspectors that is Certified in Mold Investigations and Testing procedures. During a normal inspection Jack makes it a practice to look for those Red Flags of mold that most inspectors are not qualified to comment on.
